Terms and conditions
NOTE: if you have registered for an event through staffclub.dk, you must pay the full price after the purchase deadline in the event of a no-show or cancellation. The price for events is up to 10 times the price our members pay, Staffclub and Vestas provide subsidies for the remainder.

Payment fee:
No fees are charged for payment by Dankort.

"Consolidated Act 1980-01-21 no. 28 on purchases" with later amendments (the Purchase Act) applies to any purchase made with staffclub.dk, unless otherwise stated in the agreement. The following constitutes our terms and conditions.

Warranty:
A guarantee is provided in accordance with Danish legislation.

In order to enter into an agreement with us via the website, you must register with the following personal information:
- Name
- Address
- Email address
- Vestas SAPid
- Vestas Løn-Nummer
The personal information is registered with staffclub.dk and stored for up to 5 years, after which the information is deleted. The information must be stored due to requirements from Customs & Taxes.
We only register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver and invoice the goods to you.

The following groups of employees have access to the registered information:
- Management
- Administration and accounting

We do not store customer information encrypted and do not transmit customer information encrypted. The information is not passed on to third parties. No personally sensitive information is registered.

As a registered user with staffclub.dk, you always have the right to object to the registration and you have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in this regard should be directed to staffclub.dk via e-mail.

All prices on the website are stated including VAT and all taxes, duties, etc.

Reservations are made for printing errors, discontinued items, deviations from what is written and the images shown.

NB: If incorrect information about the item has been entered, including in particular the price, the automatically sent order confirmation is NOT binding for staffclub.dk, and you will be contacted as soon as possible by an employee from staffclub.dk with a view to having the order adjusted so that it corresponds to the staffclub.dk product range and/or price list.

It is not possible to access the contract subsequently via our website. If you would like to receive a new copy of the contract by e-mail as a PDF file, please send an e-mail to staffclub.dk.

Payment:
When paying by credit card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option to reject a payment when you receive your payment summary. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. This means that you are better protected than in the physical world, where you have a deductible of DKK 1,200 when your Dankort is misused by using the PIN code.
Data you send in connection with purchases paid for by credit card is encrypted (SSL), and only PBS can read it. Neither staffclub.dk nor others have the ability to read the data.
The amount for the goods is only deducted when the goods are shipped from staffclub.dk. A larger amount can never be deducted than what you have approved when purchasing.

Right of withdrawal:
In distance selling, in accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, a 14-day right of withdrawal is granted (only for consumer purchases). When the product is returned and the right of withdrawal is exercised, this can only happen if the product is returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as when you received it. You are welcome to unpack the item and test it to a small extent, as long as you can return it in substantially the same condition and quantity, and that it has not been used.
